What I Help With
Neurodivergence
It’s exhausting living in a world not built for your brain. I specialize in treating ADHD, AuDHD, and autism across the lifespan, especially those diagosed in adulthood. I help you understand how your brain actually works and build a life that fits it, rather than fighting it.
Trauma
I have extensive experience treating complex trauma, childhood trauma, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, racial trauma, and PTSD. Using somatic, IFS-informed, and trauma-focused methods, we’ll work together to help your nervous system feel safe and grounded, moving at a pace that honors you.
Anxiety & Stress
Are you a high achiever dealing with generalized anxiety, perfectionism, racing thoughts, burnout, chronic stress, or the exhaustion of always being "on?" Therapy helps you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with a version of yourself that isn't running on fumes.
Depression & Mood Dysregulation
When emotions feel big, fast, and overwhelming, it’s hard to feel like you're the one in control. Whether you’re experiencing depression or bipolar disorder, you deserve more than just managing symptoms. We work together to decode the patterns behind your moods, giving you the tools to regulate your system and build a foundation that honors your natural rhythm.
Addiction & Substance Use
As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), I bring a non-judgmental, evidence-based approach to substance use, addiction, and dual diagnoses. Whether you're questioning your relationship with substances or working through recovery, you will have genuine compassionate support every step of the way.
OCD
Obsessive-compulsive disorder and intrusive thoughts can make your mind an exhausting landscape to live in. I use evidence-based approaches to help you reduce the grip of the loops and move back toward things that matter to you.
Body Image & Self-Esteem
If you are tired of the constant negative self-talk and measuring yourself against impossible standards, you are not alone. We can work together to build a relationship with yourself that is affirming to you, and that isn’t rooted in how you look or what you acheive.
Relationships, Identity, & Family
Relationships bring out our deepest challenges but also our greatest joys. I offer an affirming space to navigate everything from generational trauma and family conflict, to the nuances of open relationships and ethical non-monogamy. Whether you’re learning to set boundaries, or exploring intimacy, all relationship structures and identities are genuinely welcomed.
Suicidal Ideation & Crisis Support
If you're carrying thoughts of suicide or self-harm, this is a space where you can express these thoughts out loud. I provide compassionate, structured support that prioritizes your safety without the judgment. We will work collaboratively to navigate the dark thoughts and build a plan that supports your well-being.
Who I Work With
Therapy for Teens & Adolescents
Adolescence is filled with social pressure, academic stress, and emerging identity questions. I work with teens to build real rapport and address what's actually going on underneath.
Therapy for College & Grad Students
College and univeristy life is full of demands from professors, from family, finances, and much more. Navigating adulthood isn’t as smooth as we are taught to expect. I help with navigating the burnout from high-pressure programs, developing your unique identity, and transitioning into full adulthood.
Therapy for Adults & Burnt out Professionals
You might be the one everyone relies on, but the cost of holding it down is catching up to you. Therapy can address stress around hustle culture, high-achieving stress and anxiety, and the unique challenges of navigating marginalized identities in a workplace.
Where Clinical Expertise Meets Human Connection
I believe you are more than a collection of symptoms or a diagnosis. You are a person existing in complex systems, and relationships that shape how you move through the world.
My approach is deeply person-centered and holistic. While we address the immediate challenges you’re facing, we will also look at the bigger picture. Your identity, your environment, and your unique lived experiences all influence your well-being. Whether you are navigating neurodivergency, trauma, or the weight of multiple stressors, my goal is to provide a space where you’re viewed as a whole person, and not just your struggles.
